Recent Activities

Rod Run, March 21st - Tri County Farmers Restaurant in Vanleer, TN.  Around 30 people showed up to enjoy the buffet food and entertainment provided by Tri County. Even though the trees do not have leaves yet, it is still a nice ride to Vanleer. Most all of us left behind our classic rides due to the rainy day.

Show N Shine: March 27th - Dogwood Bend Assisted Living.  We were blessed with blue skies and 16 classic cars were on display for the residents to enjoy. The folks at the facility grilled hot dogs / hamburgers for the participants.

Rivers & Spires: April 17th was a success for the City of Clarksville. Memory Lane had 20 cars present and on display. There were literally hundreds of people who walked around the cars and had visions of the past. Great times........See a slide show of photos.....CLICK HERE

April 25th: Rod Run to Franklin, KY.  The Oasis, Southwest Grill, Franklin, KY. We left Kmart parking lot at 12:30pm, drove to Orlinda, TN via the back roads, where we picked up 8 more cars from the Pleasant View / Joelton area. All total we had 15 cars and approx. 32 people who ate a great meal at the SouthWest Grill in Franklin.  The manager, Bobbie Bell apologized for the short wait and hope that we understood he couldn't ask the people in our reserved room to leave.  The point is, we all ate and enjoyed the food and I trust everyone made it home without too many rain drops on the hood.  Thanks for attending today's Rod Run.  Jim Hutchens

May 8th: The Collector Car Sellathon was a great event, even though we used our Rain Date. At one time we counted 38 collector cars on the lot for sale and 2 motorcycles. Everyone seemed to have enjoy the day. Thanks to all that came out. Click HERE to view a slideshow of event.
July 3rd: Show N Shine at the WalMart on Wilma Rudolph Blvd was a tremendous success. There were over 25 MLC cruisers on the parking lot. The club appreciates all the support for this event. The Manager of the WalMart plans to make a $500 donation to our favorite charity in appreciation for our support. Check out the photos  HERE
July 24th: Memory Lane Cruisers was the largest club at the Pleasant View Classic Car Show.
July 25th: Rod Run to Cindy's Catfish Kitchen was a hot day, but still, we had about 25 people participate in the great food and fellowship.
